A stucco moisture inspection will identify the type of system, the condition, and the integrity of the system in regard to visible installation flaws, missing or improper flashings, and sealant details, in order to help protect the building or home from water intrusion and costly repairs.

We, as your stucco inspectors, will provide you with an unbiased, third party moisture inspection that will pinpoint specific areas that may require repair or replacement. We will also identify the likely causes of moisture damage, including the evaluation of the condition of the stucco, flashings, windows, doors, stucco transitions, sealants, deck-to-building connections, stucco terminations, and penetrations through the stucco, while utilizing stucco industry recommended equipment and methods in detecting the sources of moisture intrusions.

Our report will detail the location of the moisture intrusion, integrity of the substrate, and recommendations to repair and/or eliminate the moisture affected areas.

A visual examination of the type and condition of the stucco, as well as all of its components

Conduction of moisture readings, which will test the substrate for moisture intrusion and/or damage

A professional, detailed, and easy-to-read report of findings, digital photographs, grids, and potential problem areas/deficiencies
